The app digitizes paperwork, verifies insurance eligibility, computes costs, enables online payments, and integrates with EHR solutions, among other features.

This functionality enables patients to conveniently book their appointments in advance at a time that suits them, while also providing the clinic with the ability to proactively organize all their scheduled appointments. This leads to time and cost savings for the clinic. Additionally, the system includes automated email and SMS reminders for appointment notifications.
Patient Intake
Prior to their appointment, patients receive a link to complete the intake process online, eliminating the need for cumbersome paperwork. This allows patients to electronically provide all necessary information without the inconvenience of spending time at the clinic filling out forms.
Insurance check
This distinctive function confirms the patient’s insurance eligibility by retrieving their current insurance details through the application. It then presents the patient’s copay, coinsurance, and deductible information for the specific CPT codes being used.
Cost Calculator
